Smokey Bronze Eyes for the Holidays

Hello friends! I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas!!!!! I traveled home to see my family and it's been relaxing so far. I haven't been home on a weekday in ages! Going to bed and knowing I don't have to wake up for work is refreshing. Seeing my mom doing her everyday weekday things brings back memories of when I lived at home. We ate a lot and opened presents.

I did manage to create a look with my original Naked palette that day and I'm here to share it with you guys! I haven't touched that palette in so long but I'm growing back to loving it more and more since I'm limited to using that right now.

I swept Half Baked all over my lid and used a bit of Dark Horse on the outer V to create a shadow and Smog to line the outer corner of my eye.

Half Baked is a really nice bronzey shade that works really well for people with brown eyes. It lightens it up and makes for a really flattering look. This combination is fool proof! I was really inspired by those Asian models' eye makeup.

Bronzey eye shadow is great because the light reflecting pigments of the shade really brings out the warmth of brown eyes to the forefront.  And with that, a few coats of mascara and you're done!

How do you play up your eyes to bring them out, or rather, to make them pop? Please share your tips!    :)

I too love using bronzey and metallic browns on my eyes for a bright and popping eye look! Love what you did, especially on the lower lash line, I'm too scared of messing up my make up by putting anything on my lower lash line for normal make up but I think I should try! Great look, easy to follow and pretty! ^^

loved the look!! I usually add some shimmers on the inner corner to make eyes look more alive ^_~

This was a lovely look!  I love Half Bakes as well from the original Naked palette, it's the second most used color aside from Hustle for me.  I actually really like using purples to make my brown eyes pop.  I really quite like a Sonia Kashuk eyeliner in the color Amethyst I believe. It's a great jewel tone sort of purple!

This is a lovely sultry look hun!

Some techniques I use to make my eyes "pop" is either put a teal/aqua shade on my lower lashline or use a white shimmery highlight shade on my tear duct!

Half baked is the reason why I bought the entire Naked palette! It makes me swoon when added with any other shade. :')
I really like this look! It seems soft, but very glamorous.

I like it! Golds are so flattering :D I think pulling gold under the eyes like you've done does tend to make eyes pop!

Love your EOTD! Those are my favorite colors to use from the NAKED Palette too.

Would like to wish you a Happy New Year now since I'm not sure when I'll be online again. Have safe and joyous celebration.

This is such a pretty and soft look. For me the one product I have to have for my eyes is eyeliner. I can skip everything else but eyeliner is the best tool I have to define and make my eyes stand out.

This is so beautiful. Smog and Darkhorse are probably the 2 most neglected colours in my naked palette, but you make them work so well!
