It's gorgeous! I'm sure you've all read and seen enough reviews and swatches of it already. I know I have.
The shades are much more cooler than the original Naked, which I really love. I'm excited to start using it tomorrow! The double ended brush is nice and has a heavy feel to it. The packaging is loads better. The tin is much sturdier than the original palette, definitely an upgrade packaging-wise.

In comparison to the original Naked, this one has 5 new shades exclusive to this palette. The formula is the same as the UD Anniversary palette, with less fall out and more intense pigments. It is also the same formula in the Build Your Own Palette that's been buzzing on the interwebs lately.
The price point is great -- $50 for 12 full sized shadows and a brush. Of all my palettes, I think the UD Naked ones give you the most bang for your buck, especially with the very wearable shades. Definitely a neutral lover's dream! I was able to get it for $46 with the 15% discount. Yes!

I was also thinking if I needed this since I had Naked 1. I've been putting it off, and then lemming, and then putting it off... But you're now getting me back on the lemming phase.

I don't think I'll be buying anything during the 15% off event at Sephora this time. If I didn't already have the Naked 2, that's exactly what I'd get though :P

I absolutely love my Naked Palette 2. Ever since I got that, I have stopped using my other shadows. I agree with you, this is a great value palette.
I got NAKED2 a while ago and I love it, probably not more than the original but I love it all the same (I am sentimental. The original and I go way back, and that's the item that fueled my passion in cosmetics)! My skin tone really leans warm, but the colors in there work very well for me. I'm not a big fan of Chopper's fallout, and despite the fact that I LOVE Half Baked I don't need a second one. Other than that I love it! Can't wait to see some looks you do xx

I would love to try out the Naked palettes, however, I'm about to give up on eyeshadows because I have very oily lids, and none of the primers I tried work (including urban decay eye primer). I would like to know if you have any recommendations?

I got the Clarisonic Mia, the blush duo from the Sephora and Patone+Universe Collection and a YSL Glossy Stain in 12 Corail Fauve.
I think I probably will be picking up some more items later next week hehe :)
I really really wanted this palette but alas... I have so many shadows I really DON'T need it... :( I think I prefer these colours over the first palette though!

i didn't get the 1st naked palette and am trying to restrain myself from getting this too haha! it is ever so tempting! >.<
I just purchased this with my 15% off as well! But... I think a lot of the shadows show up so similarly on my skin tone :T thinking about returning it...
